The Yakima Health District has partnered with myStrength to provide Yakima County residents with free access to a personal myStrength account. myStrength is a digital health application that offers users an array of evidence-based activities to help manage stress and improve mental and emotional health. The app also provides resources on topics such as chronic pain, healthy sleeping habits, parenting, and drug and alcohol recovery. The app is also available in Spanish.
