With nearly 300 days of sunshine Selah is a great place to host a number of sporting events. We have 2 superb complexes for baseball and softball, as well as large fields that can be used for soccer, lacrosse, football and more. If you are interested in hosting a tournament or game in Selah please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 509-698-7300 to schedule a date.
Currently Selah is home to Selah National Little League and the Greater Yakima Girls Softball Association. Both host several tournaments throughout the summer. Along with these tournaments, more little league baseball tournaments have been scheduled as well as a 3v3 soccer tournament.
Carlon Park has played host to the University of Washington Women’s Softball Team since 2009. This year will be different in that they will not be playing an exhibition game on Saturday, there will only be a clinic girl’s clinic on Sunday. Dates for this event are TBA.
