CITY OF SELAH NOTICE OF AVALIABILITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW DECISION:

Application: State Environmental Policy Act Checklist for the construction of a 122-unit town home development, and associated 267-stall parking lot.

Project Location:    Vicinity of Crusher Canyon Rd, southwesterly terminus of Viking Drive, S. 8th St., Enterprise Dr., and Fruitspur Dr., Selah, WA.

File Numbers: CL1-2019-009, ADJ-2019-009, & SEPA-2019-010.

Complete Application: February 18, 2020.

Approvals, Actions and Required Studies: Class (1) Permitted Use and Administrative Adjustment Approval, Environmental Determination, & Building Permits.

Notice of Availability of Environmental Review Decision: On March 13, 2020, the City of Selah as the lead agency for the above described proposal under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) issued its Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) decision on the above identified project under WAC 197-11-355.   

This decision may be appealed within five business days of issuance.  

The MDNS decision, application information including the SEPA Environmental Checklist and maps detailing the proposal are available during regular business hours at the Planning Department at 222 South Rushmore Road, Selah, Washington 98942, and on the City of Selah’s website at: https://selahwa.gov/planning/public-notices/  Contact the Planning Department with project, procedural or environmental questions. 

Class One (1) and Administrative Adjustment Decisions:  Issuance of the final decisions for the subject development will occur following completion of the five day appeal period for the applications environmental review.
