CITY OF SELAH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HEARING EXAMINER’S RECOMMENDATION
Preliminary Plat of Ridgeview Heights
Notice IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Selah City Council will conduct a closed record public hearing on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City of Selah Council Chambers, City Hall Building, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, WA to consider the City of Selah Hearing Examiner’s recommendation on a Preliminary Plat application titled “Ridgeview Heights”. The proposed application requests subdivision of 5.82 acres of property into 22 lots submitted by Hayden Homes. The site is located in the vicinity of Crusher Canyon Rd., Selah, WA 98942.
This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken.
