NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING

Application: Consideration of amendments to the City of Selah’s Municipal Code Chapter 10 Zoning allowing for the development and construction of accessory dwelling units and attached single-family dwelling units within the low density single-family, residential; single-family, residential; two-family, and residential multi-family zoning districts subject to restrictions on minimum lot sizes, setbacks, building height, lot coverage, requirements for architectural diversity, heightened review processes, increased public notice, and other development standards as more specifically detailed in the draft ordinance.

Open Record Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, commencing at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, the City of Selah Planning Commission will conduct an open record public remand hearing in the Council Chambers, Selah City Hall, 115 W. Naches Ave. Selah, WA regarding further council direction in conjunction to amendments to the City of Selah’s Municipal Code Chapter 10 Zoning allowing for the development and construction of accessory dwellings and attached single-family dwelling units.
