NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING
Application: On November 13, 2017, the City of Selah Planning Department received a Rezone and Environmental Checklist application from Matson Fruit Company on behalf of the City of Selah, to rezone three tax parcels from Business, General (B-2) to Industrial (M-1) to allow for the future industrial growth of the Matson Fruit Company. The project site is located in the vicinity of N. Park Dr., Selah, WA 98942 (Yakima County Parcel Numbers: 181436-12421, 12422, & 181436-24424).
Notice of City Council Public Hearing:
The Selah City Council will hold a closed record public hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner’s recommendation on the above-referenced Rezone. The hearing will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Selah City Council Chambers, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, Washington. This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken.
