NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HEARING EXAMINER’S RECOMMENDATION

Preliminary Plat of Orchard View Estates, Phases 2 through 5

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Selah City Council will conduct a closed record public hearing on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 5:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, WA 98942 to consider the City of Selah Hearing Examiner’s recommendation on “Orchard View Estates Subdivision Phases 2 through 5, a 57 lot preliminary plat submitted by Dainard Paulson LLC, 700 ½ W. Goodlander Road, Selah, with a temporary private access road proposal. The subject property is located on the south side of West Good lander Road generally between Crestview Ct and N 13^th Street within the Selah City Limits. At the conclusion of the hearing, the City Council will consider the matter and adopt, modify, reject the Examiner’s recommendation or remand the application back to the back to the Examiner.

This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken.
