The City of Selah is requesting proposals for the purpose of developing a housing action plan from a qualified professional consultant(s). The Housing Action Plan will meet the requirements of HB1923 passed in the 2019 State of Washington legislative session.

| 4. | Interview of Short-Listed Firms and Selection: | Week of November 23-29, 2022 |
| 5. | Negotiations: | December 2022 |
| 6. | Contract: | End of December 2022-January 2023 |
