CITY OF SELAH NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF CLASS (1) REVIEW DECISION AND ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT OF THE PARKING STANDARDS WITHIN THE MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-3) ZONING DISTRICT BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL.

Application: Type (1) Review for the construction of a 122-unit townhomes development, and associated 267-stall parking lot located in the Multi-Family Residential (R-3) zoning district, and Administrative Adjustment requesting a reduction of the parking stall width standard from 10 ft. to 9 ft.

NOTICE OF AVALIABILITY OF FINAL LAND USE DECISIONS: On April 3, 2020, the City of Selah Administrative Official issued his final decision regarding the above described project.   The decision, application information including Class (1) Review, Administrative Adjustment, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Checklist, maps, and site plan detailing the proposal are available during regular business hours at the Planning Department at 222 South Rushmore Road, Selah, Washington 98942, and on the website. Contact the Planning Department with project, procedural or environmental questions.

APPEAL: This decision may be appealed within five business days of issuance in accordance with SMC Title 21.
