NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING
Application: Class 3 Use and Environmental Checklist Review applications from LandLease Tower III, LLC on behalf of Michael King (property owner) to construct a 100 ft. monopole cell tower and associated equipment shelter. The project site is located at 229 East Naches Ave. Selah, WA 98942 (Yakima County Parcel Number: 181436-32057).
Notice of City Council Public Hearing:
The Selah City Council will hold a closed record public hearing to consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation on the above-referenced Class 3 Review. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Selah City Council Chambers, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, Washington. This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken.
