If you are a homeowner within the City of Selah and have built or remodeled your home since 1974 the Community Development and Planning Department may have originals or copies of building plans/ blueprints of your home or project. Washington State Law (RCW 40.14.070) in conjunction with the Washington State Archives (LU50-11-05) does not require our department to keep these plans at our facility after project completion. As such you may be able to obtain these plans for your own records.
If you are interested in picking up these plans they will be available at the Public Works Building located at:
222 S. Rushmore Rd,
Selah, WA 98942
Pick-up will be open until April 28, 2017 after which time these records will no longer be available.
