City of Selah- Request for Proposals for Custodial work at the Selah Civic Center
The City of Selah is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional janitorial services for the Selah Civic Center. Custodial contractor will be responsible for cleaning interior and some exterior of the well used 14,600 sq. foot facility. Cleaning will be done 7 days a week. Work will consist of light daily routine cleaning to more in-depth floor maintenance, kitchen cleaning and event cleanup. Starting date shall begin January 1, 2017.
