Police Department Public Records Request

The City of Selah is committed to responding to all requests for identifiable public records in a timely manner. To make a request for Police Department records, complete the following form.

  • Please include as much information as possible such as the report number, people involved, date of birth, address, or any other relevant information. Please also include a date or date range if possible.
  • Please tell us how you are related to the incident. If none of the options apply, please select none.
  • Please indicate what type of records you are requesting. Please keep in mind, the more options you select, the longer it could take to fulfill your request. Please also note that, just because the option is listed below or selected by you, does not necessarily mean it exists.
