The City received a Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) grant to grind and overlay portions of S. 3rd Street, N. 3rd Street and the Speyers “Y” at West Fremont Avenue. The City is using Water and Public Works Board funds to upgrade the water main and in-stall new water service lines on W. Orchard Avenue between N. 3rd Street and N. 1st Street. Project information will be regularly posted on the City’s website on the Public Works page.
