Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Selah will be conducting a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at Selah City Hall, 115 W. Naches Ave, Selah, WA. The purpose of the meeting is a Study Session to receive a presentation from a contracted consultant pertaining to Middle Housing Regulations and potential Zoning Amendments. No action is anticipated at this meeting. This notice is being issued pursuant to Chapter 42.30.080 – Special Meetings – of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW). The Regular City Council Meeting will follow at 5:30 p.m. at the same location.
