The City of Selah hereby solicits competitive proposals from consultants qualified to update the city’s Comprehensive Plan. Per RCW 36.70A.130(5)(c), the Updated Comp. Plan must be formally adopted by June 30, 2026. Applicants may be a single consultant capable of directly handling all multidisciplinary tasks or a collaborative group where tasks will be overseen by a lead consultant. To be considered, applicants must recite their competency and experience on the following tasks: land use planning, visioning, demographic analysis, community design, economic analysis, GIS mapping, capital facilities planning, and public outreach facilitation.
