Interested in serving on the Planning Commission?

The City of Selah is currently accepting applications from individuals who are interested in serving on the Planning Commission. The term serves through December 31, 2024. This is a volunteer position.  Preference will be given to applicants who live within City limits. The Planning Commission is made up of five members and currently meets at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. The purpose of this Commission is to address land use issues as they come before the City, making recommendations for plans regulating the City’s future growth, development and design.
Applications will be received until the vacant positions are filed. Members will be appointed by the Mayor.
