CITY OF SELAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADOPTION OF THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING, RESIDENTIAL, ENERGY, MECHANICAL, EXISTING BUILDING, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, UNIFORM PLUMBING, AND FIRE CODES.
Notice is hereby given by the City of Selah, Washington, that the Selah City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 24TH, 2017, commencing at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the Council Chambers, Selah City Hall, 115 W. Naches Ave., Selah, WA., regarding the adoption of the 2015 International Building, Residential, Energy, Mechanical, Existing Building, Property Maintenance, Uniform Plumbing, and Fire Codes.
Copies of the International Building Codes are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the City of Selah Planning Department, 222 South Rushmore Road, Selah, WA., and the proposed Ordinance Amending the City of Selah’s Municipal Code may be found under Planning.
All persons wishing to offer comments for or against the proposed Building Code adoption are encouraged to attend. All written comments received prior to the day of the Public Hearing will be considered in the City Council deliberations.
