NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN MATSON FRUIT COMPANY AND CITY OF SELAH, WASHINGTON
Notice IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Selah City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City of Selah Council Chambers, City Hall Building, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, WA to consider the Amended and Restated Development Agreement between Matson Fruit Company and City of Selah, Washington. The proposed amended and restated development agreement is for proposed expansion to the Matson Fruit Company facilities. The properties involved in this agreement are generally located east of South Park Drive, west of the Northern Pacific Railroad, south of Goodlander Road and north of Home Ave. in the City of Selah.
