CITY OF SELAH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HEARING EXAMINER’S RECOMMENDATION
Selah Vista Planned Development and Preliminary Plat
Notice IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Selah City Council will conduct a closed record public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City of Selah Council Chambers, City Hall Building, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, WA to consider the City of Selah Hearing Examiner’s recommendation on a combined Rezone, Planned Development, and Preliminary Plat application titled “Selah Vista”. The proposed application requests rezone and subdivision of 16.9353 acres of property to Planned Development into 61 lots submitted by Leading Force Development / Steve and Stephanie Weise. The site is located on the south side of W. Goodlander Rd. about 220 feet west of the intersection with Braeburn Ct. and about 700 feet southeast of the intersection with 13th St. in the City of Selah.
This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken.
