OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE COMMENTS

Application: On October 12, 2016 the City of Selah Planning Department received a Class 2 Use Application from Ms. Shirley Johnson-Hoy to operate a Day Care Facility. The application was determined complete for processing on October 25, 2016. The decision on this application will be made within one-hundred twenty days of the determination of complete application.
The subject property is located at 3 N. 10 Street, Selah. Washington. The subject parcel consists of Yakima County Tax Parcel number 181435-31444. The property is zoned Single Family Residential (R-1), and designated Moderate Density Residential by the Comprehensive Plan. The project is served with municipal sewer and water.
Request for Written Comments on the Proposal: Written comments concerning the proposed application will be accepted during the public comment period that ends at 5:00.p.m, on Wdnesday, November 23, 2016. You may mail your comments to Selah Planning Department, 222 So. Rushmore Road, Selah, WA 98942, send them by fax at 1 (509) 698-7372 or by e-mail at harmit.bedi@selahwa.gov. Reference a file number stated in this notice or “Day Care Facility” in your correspondence.
After the end of the comment period, the adminitrative Offical will review all coments received and issue a final Class 2 Use decision.
