NOTICE OF OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING ON APPEAL OF CLASS 2 USE PERMIT ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL
File No. 926.45.15-02 – Torkelson Construction Notice of Appeal of Administrative Approval
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 commencing at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as practical, the City of Selah City Council will conduct an open record hearing in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 115 W. Naches Ave., Selah, WA on the Appeal of the Class 2 Use Approval of a multiple family residential development consisting of 5 dwelling units attached to an existing single-family dwelling. All interested persons may appear and provide testimony on the Appeal. At the conclusion of the public hearing the City Council will consider the matter and vote on final disposition. Location: The north end of Bowers Drive approximately 550 feet north of East Goodlander Road in the City of Selah. (Yakima County Assessor Parcel Number: 181425-33426).

Written comments on the Appeal will be accepted at Selah City Hall until 5:00 p.m. August 24, 2015. The application and appeal are available for public inspection during normal business hours at Selah City Hall, 115 West Naches Avenue, Selah, WA. The staff report will be available approximately one week before the hearing.
