The City of Selah seeking to hire a supervisor referee for our fall youth sports programs.
The Youth Sports Referee Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the equity and fairness of Parks and Recreation youth sport programs and assisting all other referees in doing the same. This position also includes providing exceptional training on the rules and regulations of multiple sports to multiple referee with varying degrees of experience as well as supervising and participating in setup and take down of fields and/or courts for games.
Experience playing or refereeing sports is required. We are looking for candidates who possess energy for their work, clear communication skills, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
Must be able to work Saturday mornings, with the occasional weekday evening game.
