As we head into the summer months, please be aware that fireworks are prohibited within City limits.

There will be no Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. The next meeting will be held on July 12, 2016 at 4pm.

Starring on June 15th, the Wednesday Market will be held from 5 to 8pm, parking lot of King’s Row.

The Selah pool opened on Friday, June 10th for the summer season. A complete schedule is available, listing classes and free swim. Free swim times are 10am- noon (M-F), 1-4pm (M-F); 1-5pm (Sat); 1-4pm (Sun); 5:45-8:45pm (Sun). For further information or reservations, call (509) 698-7306 or (509) 698-7300.

There will be no Planning Commission meeting held on June 21st. The next meeting will July 19th at 5:30pm.

On June 14, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, in Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, WA. shall be a public hearing to hear and decide on the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2017 to 2022, provided as required by law.

The annual Spring Cleanup is May 16-20 this year, on your regular garbage day. Items can be bagged, boxed or bundled, and are limited to fifty pounds or less per bag, box or bundle. Branches may be bundled for pickup, but must be four feet or less in length.
