CITY OF SELAH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HEARING EXAMINER’S RECOMMENDATION
Hillside Estates Planned Development and Preliminary Plat
Notice IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Selah City Council will conduct a Closed Record Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City of Selah Council Chambers, City Hall Building, 115 W. Naches Avenue, Selah, WA to consider the City of Selah Hearing Examiner’s recommendation on a combined Rezone, Planned Development, and Preliminary Plat application titled “Hillside Estates”. The proposed application requests rezone and subdivision of 3.57 acres of property to Planned Development into seven lots and one open space tract submitted by NCW Development, LLC. The site is located in the vicinity of W. Goodlander, Lander, and Speyers Roads, Selah, WA 98942 in the City of Selah.
This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken.
Application information and maps detailing the proposal are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the City of Selah Planning Department, 222 South Rushmore Road Selah, WA. Tax Parcel Numbers: 181435-22002; City File Numbers: PD-2020-001; PLP-2020-002 & SEPA-2020-003.
COVID-19 Hearing Notification: Interested parties, please be advised in accordance with the multiple proclamations by the Governor of the State of Washington,(in particular proclamation 20-28) guidance from the State Attorney General on the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act, directives by the State Health Department and Yakima Health District regarding COVID-19, the above scheduled public hearing may be held by electronic and telephonic means via Zoom. Procedures for attendance of this closed record public hearing will be provided on the City of Selah’s website along with the city council agenda.
