At this time all jury trials are canceled for the Month of March through April 10, 2020.  Domestic violence and driving under the influence cases will continue to be heard as scheduled and all other out of custody criminal matters will be rescheduled.  All in custody matters will continue to be heard as scheduled.  All infraction matters will be rescheduled.

To limit the number of people in court, the courtroom will be closed to all non-essential people.  Essential people include court staff, the attorneys, the defendants, the victims, and the judge.

The court will reassess the need for further continuances weekly.

On March 17, 2020 an “Order re-scheduling of Hearings and other changes to court operations” was signed by Presiding Judge Bronson Faul. The order will be in effect today until rescinded.
