Attention residents served by the City of Selah’s Goodlander Reservoir in the vicinity of the Valhalla Heights Subdivision and surrounding areas:
The City of Selah is declaring an EMERGENCY as a result of a fire which has severely damaged the City’s Goodlander Reservoir water pump station. The damage to this city facility has temporarily restricted the City’s ability to provide sufficient water pressure and flow to residents within the affected area. As a result, the City is requesting that residents within the affected area please refrain from watering or irrigation of landscaping, and conserve the domestic water supply as much as possible! The City of Selah is diligently working to resolve this situation, however until further notice these conservation measures shall remain in effect.
