Municipal Engineering Services Request for Statement of Qualifications

The City of Selah is inviting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional engineering design and construction observation and administration services for the following federal Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funded project:  Civic Center Park & Ride Lot Improvements.  Engineering design and construction will occur in 2018.

Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to twenty (20) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with PS&E; familiarity with the City of Selah and/or other similar municipalities; familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA standards and NEPA process; and past performance/references. Please submit two (2) copies of the Statement of Qualifications.
