Burn Restriction Issued

Burn Ban Upgraded to Stage 2

Effective Today at 12:00 PM

A ban on the use of any wood burning stove, fireplace, fireplace insert or pellet stove is prohibited unless it is the only adequate means of heating a home. All outdoor burning is also prohibited. •  All outdoor burning is prohibited throughout Yakima County*.
  •  All violations of the burn ban are subject to civil penalty.

This burn ban may be downgraded or removed depending on air quality and weather conditions. Please check our website for the latest information, www.yakimacleanair.org
